Release of Liability: By submitting this form, I hereby agree to accept a position as a volunteer for Corridor Rescue Inc. (CRI), and in doing so, I agree to comply with all policies, rules and regulations which may be established by CRI. I understand that failure to do so may result in my immediate termination as a volunteer. I acknowledge that my services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, without pay or compensation of any kind, and without any liability of any kind on behalf of CRI. I understand that all services are to be performed at my own risk. I further acknowledge that the handling of animals and other volunteer activities that I may perform on behalf of CRI may place me in a hazardous situation and could result in injury to me or my personal property. On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless CRI and its directors, officers, agents and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action and demands of any nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my volunteer activities on behalf of CRI.
